Initial Stocking Orders & Acknowledgements

For best availability we recommend that Initial Stocking Orders be placed as early as possible. All Initial Stocking Orders will be processed starting January 2 on a first come, first served basis.

Initial Stocking Order Acknowledgements are confirmation that the order was received, but not a guarantee of plant availability. All orders are subject to crop limitations, weather, and inventory counts. An acknowledgement will be sent verifiying receipt of your order.

To better serve and satisfy our customers we may limit bookings to items that are currently in production. An approximate ready date will be listed for items for production later in the season, allowing you the opportunity to reorder at the appropriate time.

Outstanding orders and backorders initially booked for shipment prior to April 13th will be subject to cancellation after this date. This plant material may be ordered from our open availability.

Orders held beyond the plant ready dates are not guaranteed for availability. A 25% deposit is needed to hold plant material for longer than 90 days.
