Christmas Rose

Large, creamy white flowers blended with rose & cinnamon colored accentson pink buds and as petal reverse rise from late December to early February.  Dark green, seratted edged foliage is uniform and compact.  Flowers are untraditional from other hellebores, facing upward as opposed to nodding downward.  Prefers rich well-drained soils with consistent moisture.  Best planted in shady borders.
