Nice as a native shady groundcover, Blue Wood Sedge spreads slowly with clumps of evergreen foliage that is 6 to 10" tall with 1/2" wide quilted leaves. It is easy to grow and not picky about soil or moisture. It forms slender spring flowers and spreads by seed.
